Registered qualification awarded exclusively within the system of formal general and vocational education and higher education upon completion of a specified/defined phase of learning (education).

Within the integrated qualifications system the following shall be full qualifications:

• certificate of completing primary school,

• certificate of completing lower secondary school,

• vocational diploma,

• matura certificate,

• diploma certifying the title of licencjat,

• diploma certifying the title of inżynier,

• diploma certifying a title equivalent to licencjat or inżynier (for example, inżynier in fire prevention, licencjat in midwifery),

• diploma certifying the title of magister,

• diploma certifying the title of magister inżynier,

• diploma certifying a title equivalent to that of a magister or magister inżynier (for example, the title of physician),

• diploma certifying the academic degree of doktor in a specific discipline. 

 It has to be emphasised that qualifications awarded in the system of general and vocational education may be attained extra-murally.

Other certificates and diplomas awarded in the system of formal general and vocational education and higher education (eg. vocational certificates, a certificate of completing upper secondary school, a certificate of completing post-graduate non-degree studies) shall not be full qualifications. They are partial qualifications.
